TCGI can manage every step of the business sale process from the initial concept to the closing and everything in between. This includes positioning the business for sale, drafting the selling memo, discretely contacting and vetting prospective purchasers, negotiating with the buyers, preparing for and managing the due diligence process, coordinating the efforts of your accountants and attorneys, and assisting with the closing.
