He is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation. He has analyzed and valued hundreds of entrepreneurial businesses and has been court appointed to value closely held businesses. He is a frequent speaker at numerous professional meetings on topics such as writing business plans, valuing closely held businesses and taxes. He has also authored a chapter on Tax and Accounting Aspects of Matrimonial Law which was published by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education in the Family Law Skills and Methods Textbook.
