Generally, to prepare an Economic Loss Report the firm requests that you complete an Economic Loss Questionnaire and submit it along with a copy of the Complaint, Answer and any other relevant documentation.

Paul M. Gazaleh, the firm's managing director, is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation. Both Robert J. Chalfin and Paul M. Gazaleh have testified on numerous occasions and have been court appointed experts. The firm's entire staff is experienced in these matters.
Our fees are based on the time involved to review the data, analyze the information and prepare a report. If testimony is required, there is an additional fee based upon the time involved.
