The Chalfin Group Inc. prepares Economic Loss Reports for negligence, personal injury, wrongful termination, as well as commercial and business related matters. The firm has been retained on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Generally, to prepare an Economic Loss Report the firm requests that you complete an Economic Loss Questionnaire and submit it along with a copy of the Complaint, Answer and any other relevant documentation.
Our fees are based on the time involved to analyze the information and prepare a report. If testimony is required, there is an additional fee based upon the time involved.
Our reports are prepared on a timely basis.
