Marshall Langer

Mr. Langer specializes in writing business plans and developing financial models for early stage entrepreneurial companies, assisting companies with strategic planning and providing business valuation and merger and acquisition advisory services.  Additional clients include multi-million dollar online apparel retailer and a shipping software retailer.

Prior to working with The Chalfin Group, Mr. Langer worked as Vice President of strategic planning at a natural gas utility, as an analyst and trader in Banque Paribas' Arbitrage Group, and as an Associate in the Investment Banking Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation (DLJ).  At DLJ, Mr. Langer specialized in financing media and telecommunications companies and advising on mergers and acquisitions.  Select transactions include the financial restructuring and equity financing of the Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Company and the acquisition of Heritage Media by News Corporation.

Mr. Langer is a BSBA graduate of Boston University and an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
